8-bedroom Townhouse (currently operating as hotel) set in traditional white village near Ronda

This palatial townhouse is located in the centre of a tiny traditional village 16 km from busy Ronda. The village is one of seven dotted around the secluded valley and interconnected by marvelous walking trails. They are unspoiled and retain a charm that has been lost in most other areas. This is indeed the “real Spain”. A new super highway will cut the driving time to the coast in half - just 20 minutes from Marbella.

The building is not a restoration but a completely new structure (construction completed 2004) conforming to modern building standards and using modern materials. The architect, Colin Frank from Israel, went to great lengths, however, to ensure that the building retained a traditional exterior appearance in keeping with its prominent place in the village.
